Opening Times

NEW OPENING HOURS FOR 2024

We encourage prior viewing for first time boarders no appointment will be necessary within the opening hours.

We are closed for drop-off and collections on Sundays, Wednesdays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Sundayand Bank Holiday Mondays. Alle of our opening hours are on our booking form.

We do not accept drop offs or collections out of these hours and we thank you for your understanding. 

PRICES

One Cat: £14.00 per night
Two Cats: £28.00 per night

DUE TO CHANGES IN OUR LICENSING AGREEMENT OUTLINED BY DEFRA WE ARE NO LONGER ALLOWED TO HOUSE TWO CATS IN ONE SINGLE CHALET, THEY WILL BE HOUSED IN JOINING CHALETS or ONE OF OUR NEW TWO CAT CHALETS

We charge double for the 24th, 25th, 26th of December along with the 31st and 1st January. Double rates also apply to any bank holidays, Good Friday  and Easter Sunday.

Prices include all food* litter, heating, lighting and daily care.  *any special diets must be supplied by the owner.

Both days of arrival and departure are charged as full days except for collection before 10.30am.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required and the balance will be paid on collection.

We have a minimum booking requirement of seven days in our busy periods, we are unable to take weekend only bookings during these times.
